350 sun salutations a week for 12 weeks
Why 350? 350 parts per million is the safe concentration of carbon dioxide in our planet’s atmosphere.
Why 12 weeks? In the 2019 IPCC report, the world’s climate scientists warned that we have 12 years to limit extreme climate change catastrophe. I did 1 week for each year that we had left.
This campaign was a form of climate action, an effort to raise awareness.
